COMPLIANCE WITH GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION
In accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of April 27, 2016 (hereinafter, "RGPD"), we have updated our protocols and privacy policies, in compliance with security and protection of personal data we are managing.
BASIC INFORMATION ON PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Purposes of the Treatment. - These data will be treated, only and exclusively, to keep Users informed, including by electronic means, about our products, services and our Newsletter. Likewise, in response to this purpose, a "commercial profile" will be drawn up, based on the information provided. Automated decisions will NOT be made based on that profile.
Data Security - The personal data collected will be encrypted and stored in a secure server, which will only be accessed by the person in charge of processing. FACEPHI has adopted the necessary measures to maintain the level of security required, according to the nature of the personal data processed and the circumstances of the treatment, to avoid, as far as possible, its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access.
Security measures. - Technical and organizational measures will be notified to data´s owner upon request. To do so, user knows the obligation to provide the actual data requested and the consequences of not providing them.
Likewise, FACEPHI guarantees that it has implemented mechanisms to:
- Guarantee the confidentiality, integrity, availability and permanent resilience of the treatment systems and services.
- Restore availability and access to personal data quickly, in case of physical or technical incident.
- Verify, evaluate and assess, on a regular basis, the effectiveness of the technical and organizational measures implemented to guarantee the safety of the treatment.
- Pseudonymize and encrypt personal data, if applicable.
Users Rights. - Users declare their acknowledgement of their rights and know that, upon presentation of their national identity document or passport, they may exercise their rights of

- Limitation of treatment.
- Portability.
- Opposition.

Data Communications. - There will not be data communications to third parties, even internationally.
Term of Data Treatment. - The personal data provided will be kept as long as the deletion is not requested by the interested party or, as the case may be, for a period of five years from the last confirmation of the User's interest, in such cases they must be destroyed or returned to the person responsible for the same. All this without prejudice that there is a legal provision that requires the preservation of certain data or that these would be useful in the event of a claim arising from the provision of agreed services.
Changes in the security and data protection policy
FACEPHI reserves the right to modify its security and data protection policy to adapt it to legislative or jurisprudential developments, as well as those that may arise from standard codes existing in the matter, or by strategic corporate decisions, with effects of the date of publication of said modification on the FACEPHI website.
Data communications made by the User
Before providing personal information about third parties on the Website, the User must obtain their prior and express consent, having informed them of the terms contained in this Privacy Policy. The User undertakes to hold FACEPHI harmless against any possible claim, fine or sanction that may be required to be borne because of the User's failure to comply with the duty described in this paragraph.
USER CONSENT
The User declares that have read and expressly accepted this Privacy Policy when registering with FACEPHI, granting his unequivocal and express consent to FACEPHI, to the processing of the data in accordance with the purposes and services herein reflected.
